Can you believe the silly season is upon us once again! The daylight is dwindling however golfers still grasp at every opportunity to play. The flora and fauna on the course is in a transitional phase and offers a spectacular delight to golfers in particular the 4th hole.

Sitting in the clubhouse overlooking the 18th fairway visitors are treated to the changing colours of winter and the ongoing battles of the Titans on the 18th green.

The air may have an extra bite but golfing societies such as Analog, Gardai and Vistakon took no heed, all praising the course's condition for this time of year.

Peter Bills, Chief rugby correspondent for Independent News & Media worldwide, arrived at Limerick County Golf Club in August to play and write about the course. Click here to view his article.

Peter Bills is not the only journalist to have a made such comments. The Golf Nut from Golf Digest also said "the greens were rolling beautifully on the day of my visit and are the best greens I have played on this summer"

Can you get any better comments than that.

What do you think of Limerick County Golf Club?
